      weird question

I have no problem becoming Lucid , though I am working on prolonging them. What works good for me is to take 1mg of melatonin at bedtime then sleep 4 to 5 hours and take n100mg b6 and back to sleep. It takes about 2 hours for the b6 to peak in the blood and its LD time.
Problem is I sleep so sound with the melatonin that I have no recall exept my Lucid dreams. This kind of makes MILD impossible.
What I am asking is that I am getting Lucid without following the normal procedure of MILD or WILD and I have no non-lucid recall. Yet I can become Lucid without them. Anybody else have this scenario???????????????

I've read that melatonin is what causes deep sleep. So that makes sense. You might want to try to take something that doesnt affect sleep but keeps your mind active.

Several people use a sleep aid which helps them fall into a deep sleep early in their sleep cycle. And in return they loose some of their recall.
But in your case what is working, is working. If you are happy with this.
You could try to use the same technique without the melatonin. But if it is not broke....don't fix it.
You have a version of the WBTB method, but adding a supplement...nice !
