Many techniques like WILD talk about how the Hypnagogic imagery starts to appear as you relax, then by using the technique, it will slowly solidifies, and if you do it just right you can slip into a lucid. I know this is a very simplified explanation, but I do understand the techniques themselves, but the problem is that when i relax, I get loads of sensations. Tinglings, heaviness, etc. etc., but there are never any sounds or images. How do I perform these techniques if I do not experience any images?
