Thread: So hard.

So, I understand how to become lucid in a dream but am having a little bit of trouble actually doing it. Ok, if someone could like let me know like..... How to actually like realize you're dreaming while you're dreaming, that'd be great, like I've had dreams where I know I'm asleep/Dreaming then get distracted, but I only realize I'm dreaming for like a split second. I just need some tips is all.

When you realize you are dreaming for that split second- Focus on that thought.. Try shouting it out aloud and really concentrate on that thought. Try to feel your environment. Put your hand on the ground or a wall and concentrate on how real it feels.

Try going to the tutorial section- there is a lot of help there to get you on your feet.
