Alright, I recall an average of one dream per night plus fragments. I have only identified one dreamsign (my family: brothers,father,mother). I've already had some lucid dreams but i wasn't trying to induce them. Is my recall good enough to start inducing lucid dreams? If it is what are the best techniques to easily induce and LD?
