      Trouble With WILD

      Greetings,
I have looked through and found the method that looks most interesting for me is WILD. I have begun to try but have no success. I have tried for an afternoon nap and after a WBTB but have had the same problem. When I start to try and focus on the waves of light I cannot keep my eyes closed they start to open. Am I not relaxed enough? Am I trying to focus on the beems of light to hard? Any advice would be helpful thanks!

Have you tried it any other time? Maybe that is part of the reason. I find that WILD works best in the early morning hours after about 6 hours of sleep. Also a dark room seems to help.

Concentrating too hard as you have said can cause you to snap right out of it as well.

Don't get discouraged, it takes some amount of practice! Too me about 3 months of trying every night for my first one.
you must be the change you wish to see in the world...

Occasionally I have the same problem. It's best to do it like it says in the tutorial and watch the waves of light like they were a movie.
