Sharing Random Techniques....
So I've been having lots of dreams lately where I've been doing strange techniques that all got me lucid.
The first one was when I was going to sleep (in a dream or RL I'm not sure), I visualized a simple object and kept it in my mind as vividly and as long as I could till I fell asleep, and then as I kept that image I found myself in a dream and at the same time increasing the vividness.
I don't really know if I did this in a dream or in RL, it's a very vague memory but I put this technique to work the next night and got lucid again!
The second technique is a strange one. And this one happened in a dream surely. I was lying down in my bed going to sleep and kinda liked WILDed till I got to a trance. But the thing is...I was keeping my awareness in my throat area. And as I did this I progressively raised my chin and got deeper, and deeper, slowly. Until I think I astral projected? But I don't remember.... Now here's some trivia: The throat area I was concentrating on was the 'throat chakra' which is associated with dreaming....hmmm..... (I've had another dream involving the same area a while back too)
The third technique involves visualization of the sun. This one is like the first one. I was (in a dream or RL I dont really remember) visualizing the sun as I was going to sleep. I remember hearing "The sun can help us lucid dream" soon enough I found myself in a dream and I said it outloud "I'm dreaming!" and at first I couldn't get up from bed, I was like stuck, but eventually wiggled out and I was in a lucid dream. I did some vividness increasing but I soon popped out and woke up.(A problem I have). And I woke up with a loud buzzing in my ears and a full body vibration. Earlier in the day I was reading up on sungazing and stuff.
The fourth, and the latest involves falling asleep while daydreaming about the most absurd and random things you can think of. Kinda let your mind just go with the flow. This is like WILDing I guess, I'm not sure. But anyways I kept doing this....'till I got bored or something. Then I visualized myself in a car. With my eyes closed, I started to create the sensations you would feel when you're riding in a car. The motion. Then slowly I raised the speed, slowly, and slowly till I was going super fast and I felt like I was gonna rip out of my body. I opened my eyes and voila I was in a full blown lucid dream. It was so incredibly vivid. I woke up, and again felt those heavy vibrations and buzzing in the ears and wow I felt really weird while waking up. This was an awesome experience.
