From what iv read b12 stimulates your memory, maby it can help with recall but i doubt getting lucid. b6 is what stimulates your brain if you take during sleep, that i bet helps you get lucid, im personally buying b6 soon. Im planning on just takeing like 50mg nightly to help with recall. But on weekends up my dose to like 200-300mg. Im trying to stay away from melotin, sense i dont exactly like eating chemicals. So im planning on wakeing up during sleep and taking the b6. For weekends i would do WBTB for a hour..sleep for about 10minutes then wake take my b6 and go back to sleep. |
I have 300mg B6 pills, and they work wonders |
do you take 300mg per day? Isnt that dangerous? If i cant sleep after taking it i might buy melation. I figure sense im harming my body buy taking b6 i might as well get the full effects lol. |
Personally I don’t like to take vitamins and or chemicals. You could call me old-fashioned, hell, I’m only sixteen. I believe in hard work. |

300mg a day isn't reeeaaally unhealthy, I remember that doses exceeding 2g are starting to be dangerous, but who knows... I wouldn't take 300mg daily, just every now and then... If I recall correctly, nesgirl said she takes 300mg B6 every morning... And shes still alive... |

B6 can really mess up your nervous system. Over a long period of time it can cause irreversible or at the very least intensive damage that would needa lot of therapy to fix. |

I never got much of a result with b6.....However, with B12, my recall and other memory needs skyrocketed. I would say that b12 helps just as much if not more (in my case way more) than regular b6. You might just consider taking a B complex vitamin to be safe and sure that you are taking the right thing and getting results. |

even w/ 4tablets your proabably just hurting urself w/ the eccess of everything else. I have complex w/ 50mg :-) I take two a night, 3on weekends. |
My suggestion is to take a B complex pill after a few hours of sleep. All the B vitamins are involved in mental processes, so emphasizing just one may not be the best way to go. |
Totaly agree, i normally dont get good recall if any on weekdays, i went to bed at normal time woke up after 5:20 hours and had 2 dreams in the next 2hours. |
but is that complex pill i said on my last reply good? with the IRON and B complex?? and is it fine to have it at my age? and how often should i have it? you guys are experts, help me out here! |

Ur complex only has 2mg of B6 i think you said. I have complex-50 (what its called) it was like 20$. it has 50mg of b6 in each pill, i take two of thoughs after waking up and it helps. But, lastnight i didnt take and i remembered like 4dreams (first time more then 1) So im not sure, i might go w/o it for a few days then try w/ it. |
One thing I have noticed is that B6 helps when you start taking it and when you stop taking it. That's why I take it like 2-3 random times a week. |

I take 200mg of B6 (one capsule); I guess it depends where you find the information but that has been noted as a safe daily amount. If my brains and nervous system turns into jelly I'll keep you guys posted if I can type still. |
Taking stimulants at bedtime keeps me awake. What I do is set my alarm clock so I get a few hours of sleep, then take whatever I'm going to take. Nowadays I don't take anything except melatonin, because I'm staying focused on the audio files and don't want to complicate matters. 200 mg B6 sounds like too much, but I suppose the threshold varies from person to person. I would suggest a B complex may be more effective... |
