Thread: Lucid Dreams Aromatherapy Inhaler

Actually, I don't think that sounds like a bad idea... It makes sense to associate the smell of the aromatherapy with dreaming, and possibly lucid dreaming.

And for $4, you could easily try it out and report back your results!

No, you don't smoke it. It's called an inhaler. You smell/breath it in. I just ordered it so it should arrive sometime this week.

So did you get your inhailer yet? Whats your impression on it how it work?

The idea is linking the scent of the aromatherapy to LDing, or doing RCs. If you trained yourself to do an RC every time you smelled that scent, you may be more likely to do an RC during a dream if you smelled it. Our bodies still perceive things in our environment while we're sleeping, so even if you're not aware of it, your body would still experience it.

The only problem with this concept is incorporating the stimulus (the scent) into your dream and forgetting to do the RC.

Hey this sounds cool. I've got some scent sticks at home so I might give it a try. Unfortunately, it will stink the whole house out in the process.

Although I'll be taking B6 too, so even if I do LD I won't know what did it.

Awesome. Try to record every thing that happens tonight. Like at what time you took it and if you take any other things with it, even food. Also how you slept and any other events that occur. Goodluck.

I'll try, but tonight might be harder than usual. I'll be staying up till about 3 in the morning so it won't be like a regular weekday for me. I'll still keep you all updated though.

Well I tried it with B6 last night. Didn't LD, but had good dreams. Of course, I did it before I went to sleep so it probably didn't do anything.

Tonight when I wake up around the time of my REM period, I'll try again. Makes more sense that way.

By the way, it smells great
