music only distracts me and causes me insomnia and light sleep. However, if you associate a certain type of music with dreaming, then really any music woudl work. Let's say you associated hearing...pearl jam with dreaming, and you remind yourself that every time you hear pearl jam you will do a reality check. Then, if you fall asleep listening to pearl jam you will likely be reminded of dreaming and will do a reality check. |
