      Dry mouth... always swallowing

On nights when I attempt to LD. When I'm doing the techniques and such, my mouth gets saliva in it and I'm forced to swallow and I almost feel as if it breaks my concentration. Then during the nights when I do WBTBs, I wake up and have a DRY mouth. Sure, water helps for a few sips but then it gets dry again.

      This happen to anybody else?
Wait!! .......Am I dreaming right now?

This only happens when I do techniques. And it doesn't ALWAYS happen. But I guess the dry mouth in the morning happens to a lot of people.

It's tough to bring someone back that never really lived.

Hmm, a few sips of water after awakening throws away the dryness for me.
As for the saliva upon going to sleep: don't eat anything too close to the time of when you go to bed but don't refrain from eating for too long before it either. Both things, as I remember hearing somewhere, cause excessive saliva generation.

No, as opposed to something related to pool filters.

I get dryness of the mouth sometimes. Got it alot last night. Ugh. Horrible, and sometimes the water doesn't work. My mouth is wet, after, of course, but it doesn't really absorb it if you know what I mean.

That, and you'll get hungry, therefore thinking of food and in turn, salivating. (Is that the word?)
