Over the years I’ve seen a lot of references to how this or that technique/herb/drug etc. will increase dream intensity. What I don’t remember seeing is any correlation between increased dream intensity and the onset of the first Lucid Dream or an increase in the frequency or duration of Lucid Dreams. Have any studies been done or is all the evidence anecdotal?
