Exploring the World of Lucid dreaming?? could that be the book?? |
|
I have bought a book on attaining a lucide dream. Im sorry everyone but Im not to sure what the book is called because im in college at the moment. But inside of the book there is a ton of ways to attain lucidity and this way that im about to write about is a very effective way to attain it, (At least for me) The way you can do that is to think that your in a dream right now, If you think that and are critical of EVERYTHING in the waking life you will be critical in the dreamworld. I know everyone says to look out for dream signs and what not and thats NOT what im talking about. IM talking about treating everything as if it never happend. Obiously dont do anything stupid but just imagine your in a dream and say to yourself "hahaha this is a dream i want to will something to happen" when that thing doesnt happen then you def know that your not dreaming. Anyways thats how i attain it. |
