      another WILD question.

Whenever I try to WILD, as I feel my body falling asleep it gets harder to breath and focusing on breathing makes my body wake up again. Does that happen to many other people.

      Exciting times

I have had the same situation, Whenever i relax enough i can move into a lucid dream, that said it would maybe be only one a month from WILD. My main thing is as i feel my body relax and start to get rigid, and fell my eyes flashing, i get exciting that i may actually lucid dream, this usually brings a flood of other thoughts and i lose the focus.
Am working on my poker face and controlling my emotions.
Breathing can be hard, i often feel a heavy weight on my chest, at times i have felt as if i have just held my breath, until i have slipped into the dream.
Would be interested to hear any others tips as well!
