konichiwa! first off i apoligize for not being here for a while. now i have noticed while burining incense though it increases vivedness and recall it carries a risk of dependency. once i did not burn it and i could not recall anything. second while my dreams are cler i can not produce a lucid. assitence please! thangy you for assitence!! :poke:
takes time and practice...keep a dream journal to increase your recall,get good sleep, remember your relality checks, and just relax...if you TRULY want to have a lucid dream,you will becuase in your mind you really want to,and sometimes our unconcious desires can lead to our greatest success in things we had no idea we could succeed in.just give it time and read up on stuff and try new things!but dont get discouraged with not having a lucid dream right away....ive been reading and practicing on and off for about a year now,and i still have maybe 1 or 2 good LD's a month, and a ton of like little 10 second LD's all the time...

umm do simple things like everytime you look at a clock,look away and imagine the time changing and look back to see if it did...or eveyrtime you read something look away and try to imagine the text changing...there was a spiffy little calendar on here a while ago that had pictures and daily "targets" for each day,so that when you encountered heard or smelled the "targets" of that day,you would do a reality check...they were simple things too so they were very common and might come up in your dream
thanks but nothing in my dreams are simple things like time change or different text. my dreams are twisted and intricate. a simple dream for me is genarly bing in a diesed country fighting of natives trying to kill me, or fighting skelotons with a wepon constantly changing its shape and size. so i doubt simple reality cheaks will do much good.
