      I can't seem to go the final step.

      I've attempted a WILD three times so far and and 2 of those times, my will to have everything work, the heaviness, the relaxation, and the other stuff all worked.

      I get past all the steps except and I just can't seem to go from the real world to the dream world. I try to fly towards objects that I picture in my head during the sensations but I never seem to get to the objects. The feeling went away after about 20-30 minutes both times and just to be sure, I did RCs both times only to find that I was still awake.

      Is there something else I should be doing?

      EDIT: I also remembered 0 dreams last night for the first time in my 1 1/2 weeks of journal

      Don't worry about that. It happens from time to time. I think it is a time when your body really really needs sleep and shuts down more fully. You may well find that the following day or so you have three to record from one night. Sometimes I have woken also absolutely convinced I have not had a dream and yet when I am in the bathroom half asleep, little fragments come drifting back. Sometimes even bits come back late in the afternoon.

      I'm sorry I can't help you about WILD for it is not something I have tried in earnest yet. I know that constantly struggling, apart from depriving you of sleep (and hence a deeper-than-normal sleep after a few days) can create a block. Annoying this can be there is little to do but to rest and relax (and by that I mean not attempt to deliberately try and induce LDs). Go to bed to sleep. Listen to a quiet CD of natural sounds as you go off to sleep - rain, waves, birds in a country garden, whatever you like and just imagine you are taking a holiday somewhere. Ignore all thoughts of trying to induce LDs. If you wake in the night, put the CD back on - very quietly. You will find your hearing sharpens to detect the quietest sound and everything seems louder in the still of the night. You may well find that an LD will come from its own accord, or, you will be sufficiently rested enough after a couple of days to try again.

      actually. It's kind of weird. I remembered a dream from that night 2/6/06, the NEXT day in school. LOL. So I'm still about 2 weeks and not one night with 0 remembered dreams.

      that happens to me all the time..i wont remember a THING,but then i see something in real life that related to my dream and the hwole thing comes rushing back...happens all the time for me actually,it's weird.

      Relaxation and heaviness have little to do with WILD

      WILD is about laying in bed while maintaining some level of awareness until suddenly the "WILD onset" hits you. It consists of very strong sensations/hallucinations that last a brief period of time. During this time you are automatically transported to the dream world by ways that vary from person to person. You mentioned 20-30 minutes of feelings, that doesnt sound right.

      It may help if you put a digital clock someplace where you can see it without moving. Then just lay in your bed checking the clock every few minutes. This is the longest method that may cost you up to an hour or so of sleep, but if you do it right, there's almost a 99% chance that you will experience a genuine WILD onset... But as you can see the biggest drawback of this method is that it requires a lot of time...
