Bold but true: The fastest way to lucidity

I claim this to be the fastest sure-shot way of attaining lucidity !!!
As you probably already know, it is an effective thing to focus on something during your dream. Now. When you try to hold on to some object like, for example, a stone you found it is very likely that the stone won't remain in your hand too long. The stone belongs to the dream and since you are not experienced in controlling your dream (and not aware that you are actually dreaming) sooner or later the stone will dream himself away.
Keep reading. I promise this is the key!
The trick is to actually dream your HANDS.
now you probably say , "then I still have the problem: how do I manage to dream my hands in the first place???" right. read on!!!!
What do people dream of? Often they dream of the things they experienced in day time. . .
THE SECOND TRICK IS TO STARE AT YOUR HANDS EVERY NIGHT BEFORE YOU GO TO SLEEP
sooner or later you have to dream your own hands!
once you have dreamed your hands - Hold Them !!!
you can hold them, because even if they might be dreamed like everyother thing around you, too, but in a way you have a bigger control about your own dreamed hands than about any other object.
Then comes the "calming down part". stare at your hands until your bored. this is important, because the longer you stare at them the more control you get about the situation, but I guess you can imagine that.

Good luck! No. No "good luck", because this is not a question of luck. It is the fastest method to achieve Lucidity. I know I'm very bold here, but this is how it is. Arrow Arrow

I don't believe you But hey, maybe it was a good way for you.

Have you tried all ways ?

Ah well. It might be usefull indeed. Try formulating it in a better way so people will actually try it, so we can see or it works!

Staring at a fixed point for too long is actually known to wake up quite a number of lucid dreamers. You're interrupting the input/output mechanism and that's what dreaming is about.

I believe it...This method was described in Carlos Castaneda's books about don Juan, the Yaqui "sorcerer". I recommend everyone read these books--fascinating stuff.

It sounds like you're just suggesting people use their hands as an RC.

This method may seem effective simply due to the nature of the effects that it causes but concentrating on something, really concerning one's self with a concept isn't easy to accomplish for many, thus, such a method as this one would be effective but only for those that have no problems with utterly dedicated concentration and leaving any concept in their minds.
This type of method also reminds me of Hargarts' induction technique and seems based on a similar principle considering the overall idea of stimulating dream conceptuality with physical effects.
