I have never been able to fall asleep on my back, yet laying on my side is very uncomfortable when attempting a WILD. I've had some great imagery on my back, intense relaxation, and a few vibrations (slight). On my side the only thing that feels relaxed are my feet, I don't get imagery, and breathing feels absolutely nasty.

At first it started out well, very relaxed, very peaceful, and incrediably easy to breath. Well after the first real vibrations (the first real intense vibration I've had in the last two months) breathing changed slowly.

You know that surprised/scared feeling you get right under the sternum? It intensified, I wasn't scared or worried but my body was, and I could feel my heart beath every time my breath went out. It really felt uncomfortable.

The first WILD I ever completed successfully went right through every stage without the slightest bit of surprise, so I wonder what the deal is? I wasn't even able to fall asleep after an hour of WILD, then another 40 minutes of WILD...

Matters were made worse by a weird CNS problem I've had sice 7th grade, never been diagnosed as it isn't a real problem. My hands are usually shaky, and sometimes I get these horrible mini-spasms in any random location. They don't hurt, but its so unbelievably uncomfortable that I have to change position when it flares up- today on my side this happened, leaving me no choice but to move my arm. I never found a place for it and had to give up.

This is kind of rambling, but if anyone has ideas....
