I feel like visualizing becoming lucid or remembering being lucid is a good way to trick your brain into thinking you have more experience with lucids and that you LD all the time. Since dreams are built a lot from our expectations, this can easily cause a LD. I approve of this technique.

Also a good thing to do, is spend some time and go through every LD you remember. This takes some time after a while (aaaaaalllll the LD TIME!!!!))), but the effects are great.

I feel like experience is the most effective way to have an LD. I am working on in dream ways to spoof exp and max out my LDs. Haha. I also want to keep tabs on you here.
