I am going to follow this topic. Some goals I set this year are the same as yours, such as meditating everyday. I found that the app HabitBull might be very handy for developing a habit like meditating everyday, or do X WBTB's per week. With this app you can set your goal, and everyday you can change your daily goal to 'Successful' or 'Unsuccessful'. It has a calender-like weekly overview, so I set my goal to meditate for 30 minutes everyday, and whenever I don't accomplish this goal, I see a red day in the week. Seeing that red will motivate me to accomplish my goal everyday, so that every day is green and marked as successful. Maybe this will work for you too. |
