Thread: DELD sleep praylisis

Any advice for getting thru sleep praylisis after waking up in the morning. I'm trying to do it now but the praylisis literally feels like I'm going to die. No Hyponogic imagery because I'm resisting. Anyone deal with this because DELD can work out better for me and my sleep schedule.

Try not to move at all, with movement you gain more fear. Always keep your eyes closed.
I haven't been in extreme cases so i don't know much, but this is what i can come up with from paralysis experiences.
