I would suggest making a point to remind yourself in dream that you are dreaming. This is LaBerge's suggestion in EWOLD. Otherwise, regular meditation would probably be helpful to you. I have in the past taken "dream walks," and pretended the entire time that I was dreaming. I used it as an opportunity to practice remaining aware. Any day work aimed at maintaining longer stretches of awareness would also be helpful (washing dishes in awareness, etc.) |
