I think so.
For me I lucid dream more when I either,
A. Sleep during the day or,
B. Sleep, wake -up , and then fall back asleep.
I have two theories for why this happens. Both are essentially the same thing.
Time of Day. When your body is conditioned to be awake during a certain time, and you end up sleeping during that time. So you are essential awake in your sleep. This would be dependant on your routines.
An Awakened State for the Waking Life. When the body's condition wants to be awake but you are choosing to sleep instead. Making it easier for the body to attain a waking state while sleeping. This would be dependant on your intentions for that day.
This is what I have found during my lucidity. Does this help?
