Alright so I would be doing this stuff by myself but I just can't push myself to fall asleep at a certain time & ill end up staying up for 2 hours more. I used to be really good at following a schedule a few months ago & I remembered lots of dreams. |

If there is one thing I can say with certainty about lucid dreaming, it is the fact that it's a very personalized hobby. My own or someone elses' schedule might be bad for your own lucid ability, the time at which I meditate might not be fitting for your schedule, the mantras that work for me might not work for you, etc etc. |

I don't think you need a consistent schedule (although it helps), the biggest thing is to get 6 hours of sleep before you try to LD. The last 2 hours of sleep (if you normally get 8 hours) is the easiest time to LD. |

If consistency is your issue, the key is to create a routine and stick to it long enough that it becomes a habit. Secondly, it's easier to create a consistent routine first thing in the morning than last thing at night. When you wake up, you start with a clean slate and can practice a strict routine. But in the evening, your routine is more likely to be interrupted by other events or strained by stress, lack of motivation, etc. |

I am sure about illusion. I am not so sure about reality.
