If there is one thing I can say with certainty about lucid dreaming, it is the fact that it's a very personalized hobby. My own or someone elses' schedule might be bad for your own lucid ability, the time at which I meditate might not be fitting for your schedule, the mantras that work for me might not work for you, etc etc.
Sorry, I understand why you want to be told these things by someone else, but there's definitely not a "recipe" you can get from someone that will boost your lucid ability. Everything is customized, you must find out what works best for you. I know it sucks to hear that, because it implies a lot of trial and error and time spent, but in the end, it's the most effective way, because then you find what truly matters for you, and that's the most important thing.
