Mm and what exactly is the cause? For example repeating mantra over and over or what?
What is in your mind during that stress?
LD is nothing to be afraid of. You do that because you want to do that and it's an adventure. Maybe you can try to meditate. Just calm down and clear your mind. Think about the problems you have and let them flow away. You will see that it's not that serious as your mind is telling you. Just let everything go away and just be.
You have to look forward to LD, not to have a negative emotions about that. Take ADA as an amazing way how to perceive this world, feel the life inside you...
You should try finding methods that allow you to become relax before starting up a technique for lucid dreaming. I have stop trying binaural beats a couple of months back because I found it to be irritating but some people find it to be very relaxing so that's a good place to start up on. Also breath meditation can also be very useful it calming someone down during the middle of situations. I would try these and to look up other sources that maybe helpful in making a person feel at ease, hopefully afterward that would prevent the ADA o an other technique or lucid dreaming to cause you stress.
For the last question I am not too sure, though from my own experience not with LD's but regular non-lucid dream I find it harder to recall dreams when I fell asleep stress out. I can't say this also relates to LD's or to other people experience with stress. I wouldn't focus too much on what stress does to an LD as it can be solved before that.
