Taking Out Your Dream Body from SP Easily

I developed this method through many trials to find an easy way to escape from paralyzed body.
Please try this and report your result.

      1. Get into sleep paralysis with any method works for you.
      2. When your body is completely paralyzed, take out your right hand first.
      - Don't try to move your hand by force. Just imagine.
      3. Grip a finger of your left hand and pull it out.
      - Use your right hand. Pull it out until your dream-arms be free to move.
      4. Clasp your hands and put them to the back of your head.
      5. Raise upper part of your dream-body.
      - It is like sitting up without phsical strength.
      6. Get out of the bed, and enjoy your lucid dreaming.
      - You don't have to take out your legs. It's already free.

You can use the method whenever you are in SP, so you don't have to try enter SP for that.
Dream controling like you said is relative to your lucidity and skillfulness.
While you are taking out your dream body from paralyzed physical body, you must feel both of them. If you try to move your arms by force, you may wake up. Just IMAGINE your dream arms separated from your real arms.

i think your technique is describing astral projection. same techniques. astral projection is involving the astral planes, but the subconscious mind is still free to create dreamlike material at the same time.

Astral projection, WILD, and OOBE's are basically the same, I think. They all are in your mind, and you can have control over them.

Ohh dude, I've been trying to do this for WILD. I don't get SP, but once my body is numb, I pretend to take my 'dream arms' out of my real arms, and just fold my hands together on my stomach. It's tough not to think about your real arms, or accidently move them, but once you're skilled in this, not sure what it's called, it must be cool.
