Lucid dreams make your dreams come true!!
I forgot to mention that i own 4 dream journals actually, and i try to keep aware as possible, but |

Alright, first throw away the ADA and frequent-RC stuff, if these don't work then that means you don't have a stable foundation for LDing. I good thing to do first is make a list of what you want to do in your dreams, make it as long as possible as this should get you motivated again. |
If you read this do a reality check, you will thank me later...
You can try notice the things around you, what you were doing was good, but notice the stuff, the texture of the ground, your wall, your room, try notice things about it.. Be aware what it looks like so that in a dream you are more aware and when you walk into the place where you were doing ADA, you'll notice and be like "Hey, this isn't what my room was like" sooner you'll be able to do it everywhere you go all day. |

I listed the most important things i want to do, but i can't get motivation :/ |

I would say if you have a real desire to have stronger lucid dreams then just keep trying. Try everything you can think of. I've had minimal success over the past 5 months (maybe 3 LDs), so maybe I'm not the best person to be giving advice. But I am determined to keep trying. |
How consistent are you when practicing for lucid dreaming? Is it daily, on weekends, maybe three or four days a week? In relation to what you've been doing, did you tried changing practices or did you keep trying the same stuff over and over again for the past couple of years? |
Okay, I think you should try using and experimenting with new techniques, laying your eggs in one basket might not work. |

You should be able to get at least a couple of LDs a week with WILD even if everything else is failing for whatever reason. |

4 days is nothing unless you have a ton of experience, although I got a WILD with it on my second night it was only because I'm already quite good at WILDs, it took me 27 days to get something useful out of SSILD which I am now building upon to hopefully be able to do it every night. |
Well guys, 3 years passed and didn't have a lucid yet |
Nobody practices LDing for 2 years and only gets 3. Have you actually been trying for 2 years or is it on and off? |
Spoiler for Secret to LDing:
Question is what have you been doing so far? |
You should have the right kind of motivation. |

For three years if practice, you only have four DJs? Do you record dreams every night? What is your recall like? If your recall is not good, you need to work on that before you push for lucidity. You could be lucid and not even remember it. |
Try reading some books on confidence and apply this to lucid dreaming. |
Focus on one technique for atleast a month before you give up on it, there's a ton of knowledge to be taken from all these threads, I think confidence and motivation are very important as well. |
How's your dream recall these days? |
