Thread: I have some problems when going LD

About the dream journal thing I wouldn't even bother with it if it takes too long. I have the same problem with DJ it takes too long writing them down in a book, the way I avoided this problem was by creating the dream character in a video game and so that every time I play that video game character that I dress up and forge to look like the dream character I will remember where it came from. It works really great I haven't written in my dream journal in a while and I still have great dream recall.

For dream signs if mostly everthing is out of the ordinary and have similar supernatural theme to it like always having some sort of zombie or weird monster then I would focus on that being your dream signs. Think about them in waking life and act as if you are becoming lucid from it. For RC try the counting fingers and asking what have you been doing in the last 5 mins. I find them to be very helpful in convincing myself this is a dream.
