I feel like I can get a LD easily, but how?

Every night I go to bed around 11:30-12:30 and wake up at 7:10. In the hours before I wake up I always have a vivid dream and when my alarm goes off at 7:10 that's often the peak of my dreams which makes me feel energised and refreshed when I wake up now! But before the dream I kind of wake up then drift off again but it happens so fast I only noticed it today. Then in the dream I always feel like I'm partly awake because I always think to myself in the dream "my alarm will go off soon, I wonder how much time I have left to dream." But it doesn't turn into a Lucid when I think it. I have always found it hard to LD but recently I've been getting a few DILD's without even trying! (Most go back to normal dreams within a minute though)
By the way, I'm a 15 year old girl.
      Soo... Any advice?

I can't quote all the science behind REM cycle off the top of my head, but it's basically the period when we dream after a few hours. Around six is when it peaks and the dreams become the most vivid, so that answers one part.

When you feel partly awake in your dreams, it's probably because, like you said, you woke up briefly then immediately went back to bed. People use that as an induction by waking up, and trying to jump back into that REM cycle with that same waking consciousness. Or it could be that you have such a habitual sleeping schedule, your body has come to expect when it's meant to wake up, so that might be a factor.

Since you've already been having lucid dreams but find they return to normal ones, I guess you'd have to work on stabilization. Or, pretend you're in a lucid dream, then after realizing it, practice staying calm. Do it enough times in your head, and you'll be prepared for the real thing. Just make sure you know at least one thing you want to do when you have another lucid dream. Often it's the excitement or confusion on what they should do that makes people wake up or lose lucidity.

This might be your problem. I notice a huge spike in the quality of my dreams when I go to bed earlier. Some nights, I'll go to bed as early as 8:30 or 9:00 and have great, vivid lucid dreams. Now don't quote me on this because everyone's different, and you might not experience as incredible of results as I do, if any results at all. If you can work it into your schedule, I would recommend trying an earlier bedtime. You want to feel mildly tired, (too awake and you'll be insomniac, too tired and you'll just crash.) If you practice this early bedtime alongside MILD or DILD practices, you may begin to "know the feeling" where you have the right physical and mental setup for a lucid dream.
