I can perform up to 30 to 50 reality checks per day at times. Thankfully (and I neglected to mention above) I won't be journaling each and every reality check, rather, I will pick certain ones to journal. These particular reality checks will be performed as thoroughly as possible, and will be longer and more detailed than my normal reality checks that go unrecorded. Today so far, I have performed nearly 30 reality checks, and have recorded 4 of those in precise detail. I also remember each one of those four in my mind's eye, just as I performed it.
So the idea here is to make the quality of the reality checks increase, and make a mental map of them in my mind, while still keeping the volume of my reality checks high by still performing the normal ones I usually perform -- I get some extra quality, and then my normal quantity. All my checks are used with focus, but the journal checks will have the added advantages I have mentioned.
