Another thing i want to add about why i didn't really wait for the girl that was coming towards me in a car. |

Hello Everybody. I'm male age 30s from usa. I have practiced lucid dreaming training( RCs and Dream journal dream recall) for since about November 5. That means it's been like 1 month. |

Heeeey, congrats |

Congrats, that is really great. One month is a fairly typical time for dedicated practitioners to get their first LD, some are longer. Mine too came in one month. I know it feels like forever when you really want it, but this is another important lesson: with patience and regular, dedicated practice, the LDs WILL come! |

Congrats, bro. I have been reading a lot of your posts, and have been rooting for you. That's so cool how you stayed in the lucid dream like that, and that you had a lucid dream after only one month of practice! |

Sadly i was so happy but i'm having health problems so it's tough to be happy today. I've been having some like parkinson-like trembling and suddent jolts in my limbs so i'm having trouble when walking. So i'm not feeling great. But at least i'll try my best to continue my dreaming life |

The egg is the world.

Sorry to hear about your health problems. I was injured in a car accident, a neck injury. I had these symptoms of temporary paralysis of an entire arm or leg for about 10 0r 15 seconds, muscle spasm, and seizures. I thought it was because of the car accident, but it was actually because I was deficient in sodium. (I restricted my sodium intake because I was taught it's bad for your heart.) Anyway, I now eat as much sea salt as I want on my food, and the paralysis, spasms, and seizures have all gone away. |

Yesssss |

Congratulations. I hope it won't take much longer to have my first Lucid dream |
