      Yeah i know that problem. It will stop you from falling to asleep. I used to look at the patterns but it made me focus too much on them and i started to feel presure in my eyes and forced me to open them. Now i just visualize things. It makes me forget my physical senses and its much easier to fall asleep. Maybe you should stop watching the colors if it causes you to feel discomfourt. The key to deild and wild is to learn to relax completely. Nothing should cause you any discomfourt.
