So...I can lay in bed for an hour and a half and fall asleep into a wake-induced dream. However, out of the five times I've done this, only once have I realized I'm dreaming, and turned lucid. The other four times, my induced dreams last less than a minute, and I wake right up after they end.
I did some searching and didn't find anything helpful. I'm pretty sure it has to do with a lack of affirmation right as I start vibrating and falling into the dream. I guess I really don't like trading an hour and a half of sleep for 15 to 30 seconds of dream.
Has anyone had this problem? If so, what did you change to fix this? What do the successful WILDers tell/remind themself to do right before falling into the dream?
