In the past few days, I had dreams where I knew I was dreaming but did not attempt to do anything. I even woke back up and fell back asleep attempting to (I think DEILD but possibly WILD) while thinking of things to do, but it just has not been working. Any advice? Thanks in advance :)
Our memory of waking life in dreams can be different. Do you have a goal list? If not, make one and read it some times through the day, and especially before going to sleep, it should help you remembering goals in dreams and getting closer to having full waking memory. I think all my DILDs happened like that. I just get lucid out of the blue. Either that or I forget what made me lucid.
I have the same thing trumotion
most of my lucids happen just from 'feeling' or 'knowing' without any obvious reason why.
Hasn't always been that way but I guess it comes with time.
