      Back on Track

      Hi there folks!
I'm getting into LDing again after a long time not lucid dreaming.
Do you have any recommendations on how to get back on track?
      Thanks!

      Welcome back!
Get that dream journal going again, and start doing RCs regularly and you should be Lucid in no time, persistence is key

No problems! Glad I could be of help, I also forgot to mention All day Awareness or ADA. I would strongly recommend looking for some threads on this forum about it or simply googling it, it is a really good aid for both dream recall and attaining lucidity.

I'm also getting back into lucid dreaming. Had a random WILD the other day. Also starting my RC's again.

As I said to Consume, I'd reccomend ADA (All Day Awareness) to you, it's pretty damn amAzing how recognizable he difference is in your recall and the vividness of dreams. It's actually nice as well, just to take in your surroundings once in a while, especially when your in a nice place

So for both of you if your interested, take a look at Yoshi's tutorial, it's defiantly worth the look you can find it here; http://www.dreamviews.com/induction-...kingyoshi.html
