Vivid / "epic" dreaming. Does this actually work?

From How To Have Epic Dreams In 5 Minutes - Paranormal Utopia | Paranormal Utopia :

Have you ever wondered how you can slow down time to have really long, lengthy dream (also known as an Epic Dream in psychological terms) and wake up to find only 5 minutes has passed. This is really possible to do and is something I have experimented with many times with much success and now I wish to share my secrets with you. Please note that this experiment works best when you have already had access to deep sleep. You can train yourself to this by following my guide:

      1. Have a clock near your bed just for viewing the time (Analogue is best in my experience)

      2. Set a master alarm clock to wake you up an hour before the desired time you actually want to get up.

      3. Pre-program as many alarm clocks as possible, but I recommend a alarm call for every 5 minutes twelve times over. Some mobile phones have a multiple alarm setting mode, This is also usable.

      4. With very little practice you too will be having fully fledged long Dreams for every 5 minutes you sleep.

Remember to take a look at the clock to register it in your head before you sleep again. At the end of your hour you will feel like you are very well rested and ready to tackle the day. After a short while, you will be able to turn any amount of just a little sleep into a well rested sleep.

You mean like the "Inception" sorta thing? Looks cool, but my GF would murder me, if I set so many alamrs at once .

Considering that the site is called paranormal utopia I'm going to assume that you actually believe that you are dilating time? Or do you think that you are just creating the perception of having fully fledged dreams?
I can see how this might work but I don't think it has to do with actually slowing down time so much as just tricking you mind.
