How it works for me most of the time...

      1) I go to sleep and sleep normally.
      2) I wake up naturally (without alarms) about 4-5 hours after. I write my dreams (if I have in mind)
      3) I stay awake (WBTB) from 30 to 45 minutes then go back to bed.
      4) I relax my body for about 20 minutes laying on my back, then I roll on my right side. At this point I just relax and it could take me also 60-90 minutes to fall asleep. During this time I could roll on the other side 1-2 times gently.
      5) I loss consciousness and I find myself through vibrations, sounds, and others strange feelings.
      6) Now I'm in a False awakening or in a Lucid dream.

How would you define this ? Is that a WILD ?

WILD is, when you enter a LD without loss of consciousness. But I have read somewhere, that if the loss of consiesness was maybe just a 1-2 seconds, it's still a WILD. But if you start to dream and then become lucid in a dream, that would be a DILD. I guess you have to decide, how long was your blackout before LD.

But if you start seeing your room, that would be a WILD. FA would be a DILD, since FA is a normal, regular dream, that starts in your bed, you wake up, go after your business and then for some reason you realize you are dreaming.

Even if you feel vibrations, etc, it depends on if you enter LD while aware, or if you fall asleep and then become lucid.

Sometimes, it's easy to say, what it was. But sometimes the lines blur and it's hard to determine what exactly happend. I would say, no matter what it was, just enjoy.

Sure that I enjoy it. Normally these dreams start from my bed. After all the sensations I find myself in my bed. I go off bed and I'm in the dreaming. Before the transition its difficult to know how much I stay without consiousness. I don't dream in the while I just sleep maybe, but my feeling is that sometime this last also 30 minutes.
