I went to bed at 1 pm and woke up at 2 pm. I slept around 7 hours at night, so I felt kinda sleepy in the noon.
However, when I woke up I did not open my eyes, but kept lying in bed. Somehow I slipped back to sleep, like in a semi-conscious state, and from there I started to have lucid dreaming. I've been lucid dreaming for about 20-30 minutes, but I felt 4-5 times that I'm getting out from dreaming and forcing myself back again. I felt the difference between my physical body and my " dream body ". It was maybe the most lucid dream I had and I could control it pretty good. Could it be because I was kinda tired and weak when I went to bed ? I heard that when someone is tired then he can get easier in that semi-conscious state which induces lucid dreaming.
