Thread: comment asap pls as I am laid in bed now

Heyy. Right can anyone tell me how I can be aware when I am falling asleep becouse I have been trying to lucid dream for about 2 weeks now and I havnent had any luck I'm always unaware when I'm falling asleep and I have been told thay if I'm aware when I'm falling aleep I have a better change of obtaning lucidaty p.s I have tryed doing the 1mississippi 2 mississippi exc. And is does not work becouse I no thay I'm about to fall asleep and it wakes me back up can some 1 help please ....... And I'm sorry for all mÿ spelling mistakes I'm not good with spelling -_- thankyou

Make sure you do not try to keep track of the numbers. Count in time with your breaths. If you space off start back at one. Let yourself fall asleep at some point. Truely staying aware into sleep beyond a couple minutes takes years of practice, so make sure you do this after at least five hours sleep so you have a chance of hitting dream sleep in that first few minutes.
