I am new to lucid dreaming, but wow DEILD is such a good technique though I wouldn't recommend it to begginners even if I am one. But for me this technique is the best

Congratulations with your lucids c: The DILD and DEILD techniques are one of the easiest for beginners, along with MILD. As with every other technique, it takes practice and commitment, but it is definately worth it afterwards.
