free online guide/book?
hi, im new to LD, i read a bit of topics and manuals on these forums but i would like to follow a more in depth guide that starts from beginner lvl to perma LDreamer :D
what do you recommend me as a beginner?
ill be doing "wake up" techniques (WILD?) when a light day follows.
atm trying: dream journal + awareness and RC practice on daylight + when i try to sleep i create a false LD with my imagination and i play with it as if it was a LD (is that MILD?)
which of all the wake up techniques are better for newbies? i have read many but got confused, some want you to wake your mind too by reading or standing up and moving a bit, others just ask you to wake and keep your mind "sleepy", barely move and try to induce a dream by thinking of it. which are the names of them and what differ them?
so which WILD do you recommend and how to do it, basic steps ofc.
which is the best way to induce a LD while on a normal sleep day?

As for an online guide like you asked for in the title, Dreamviews is host to many guides on many different LD-related topics. There are even quite a few WILD techniques!
Of course, other places to look for guides might be LD4All and the Lucid Dreaming Wikibook. (Just search for them, you're practically guarenteed to find it.)

On a normal sleep day you will want to DILD. I would recommend classes on here. I think that you will find that Stephen Laberge books have all the info you need as well. I feel like I have been mentioning this a lot on the forum lately. :P. I visualize the RC failing as you said. I think that it is very helpful. I would recommend saegous WILD guide and KingYoshi's guide as well. No two people seem to use the exact same technique. Especially WILD. Exploring The World of Lucid Dreams by Stephen Laberge has a lot of techniques for it. Lucidipedia has a YouTube channel. Also Reece Jones has some really good videos on YouTube as well. I would check them out, I found those before this site. All of them added together have given me about 3 or 4 LDs a week.
