hi, im new to LD, i read a bit of topics and manuals on these forums but i would like to follow a more in depth guide that starts from beginner lvl to perma LDreamer

what do you recommend me as a beginner?

ill be doing "wake up" techniques (WILD?) when a light day follows.

atm trying: dream journal + awareness and RC practice on daylight + when i try to sleep i create a false LD with my imagination and i play with it as if it was a LD (is that MILD?)

which of all the wake up techniques are better for newbies? i have read many but got confused, some want you to wake your mind too by reading or standing up and moving a bit, others just ask you to wake and keep your mind "sleepy", barely move and try to induce a dream by thinking of it. which are the names of them and what differ them?

so which WILD do you recommend and how to do it, basic steps ofc.
