      yoga before bed

about a month ago i started practicing basic yoga positions along with stretching and breathing exercises. I originally started this to reduce stress and improve mental focus and concentration, but one of the many other benefits of doing this was an improvement in dreaming. Yoga improves blood flow tremendously, and certain positions that focus on the neck increase blood flow to the brain. Not only did i sleep much deeper when i did this, but had way more vivd dreams, and got lucid a lot more. I always have had problems staying lucid, but had a lot of success when i tried doing yoga in a lucid dream, until i closed my eyes and woke up, but i stayed lucid for a lot longer than normal. It actually helped me focus on the dream and stay calm, i ahvent been lucid for a couple days but am waiting to try again.

Has anyone else had expereince with yoga and noticed similar affects and has any advice that might help?
There was nothing to fear and nothing to doubt...
