So I've been doing the MILD technique to where I'm waking up during the night due to the mantra I repeat before I go to sleep ("I will wake up after every dream period, and I remember my dreams.") but once I'm awake, I've tried visualizing my dreams to where I go back into them, but it doesn't work at all. Please, criticize what I'm doing and tell me if I'm doing this right or not, and anything else you could add to help me become lucid! Thanks! |

I agree with BrandonBoss. It seems like you are trying to DEILD. MILD is more on using mantras to help you achieve lucidity. For example, you tell yourself before bed repeatedly "I'm dreaming" so that when you're dreaming, the thought carries over, and you become lucid. |
