Nothing about lucid dreaming is easy unless your a natural |

I had a few dreams now about sleep paralysis, usually after another dream ended. I can't move and know that I'm in sleep paralysis and try to get lucid, but it doesn't happen. Any tips to really get lucid? Because I'm already thinking about lucid dreaming it shouldn't be so hard, right? |

Dreams are today's answers to tomorrow's questions. ~ Edgar Cayce
My first LD started with a SP, when you realize that you are dreaming you must start thinking about how this is your dream you have the control over your body and your dream. In my first LD after I realized that I was dreaming and started thinking about it the SP slowly started to fade. |

to clarify, i am not in SP. |

Next time you dream about that, try to roll out of bed, or stand up and walk away. I know it sounds crazy and at first I had no idea how to do it. Untill in last couple of dreams I remembered about reading it and got up from bed/chair and tested if in dream by walking out through window. |

How would you even know if it was a dream? Well basically all sleep paralysis is a kind of dream, because you often hallucinate in SP, and that's the basic definition of a dream, night time hallucinations. |

I wanna be the very best
Like no one ever was
To lucid dream is my real test
To control them is my cause
