      Becoming 100% Lucid ?

Hey people, last night I had my third LD this week, and my fourth LD all together. I was in a shopping centre with my friends and simply randomly did a RC check and realized I was dreaming. I then felt completely lucid yet my friends were acting as if they were dreaming a-swell and told me that we were dream sharing. I was able to change the environment straight away by flying through a glass panel in the roof and being surrounded in field of grassy hills. however the environment then suddenly changed to a park then a street without meaning too. I read yesterday that i need to control my dreams and to know I was just dreaming ! I remembered this but still I had no idea what to do. My friends were still following my and I just wanted to be alone. Is there any solution or method to just obtain 100% lucidity, without something holding me back or a distraction ?

sounds like you were 100% lucid at one point in the dream.

I think you can practice stabilization. When you stabilize your dream, you're sort of grounding/anchoring yourself into it, and when that happens, you are more aware of your dream environment. This boosts your lucidity. You can also practice dream control, so you can decide for yourself what you want to do in the dream, make things and people disappear, summon them at your will, etc.

I think that your subconscious will always throw out random stuff in your dreams, so hopefully with practice you can manage to not let them bother you so much, and even turn them into something you want.

Maybe it's a dream and if I scream, it will burst at the seams.
