So my main method of lucid dreaming or atleast attempting to lucid dream has been DEILDs. I always experience intense vibrations/auditory hallucinations. Ive never been able to just jump right into a dream. It literally feels like im being dropped down a black void into a dream. I feel my body realizes whats happening and sets up a defense mechanism by clenching my teeth or wanting to swallow. I would of probably had my first DEILD by now but right when i clench my teeth my attention goes straight to it and the vibrations go away. i have been able to relax but the times i was able to, it was too exciting to stay calm. any tips
