Thread: A different mantra idea

I'm not so sure if anyone does this, but what if instead of doing the Tonight I Will Know I that I am dreaming, why don't we use: Am I dreaming? As a mantra. If its true that your, mantras can effect your dreams, shouldn't this Mantra induce dreams about you questioning your reality?

I'm going to test this tonight. Anyone wanna join?

i suppose that could work, though im not sure. a good idea for mantras is to keep them in present tense ("i am dreaming" instead of "i will realize im dreaming") though i havent gotten any success with the MILD technique yet.... but ive only been practising it for two weeks so far so theres still plenty of time to get it going

i think you should give it a shot for a while cause it sounds like a good idea!

It is a little differant, but much the same ide. I am sure it is a good mantra and should work fine.

I've used loads of mantras such as: I'm dreaming, Tonight I'm going to realise I'm dreaming, I'm becoming lucid tonight and I'm going to remember that dream,.. but none of these worked so far.
