Try them all and see which one works better to you and your lifestyle |

i've heared a lot that reading more tutorials will make you gain more knowledge about lucid dreaming,i did that, but now i can't seem to be able to choose what tech to use,DILD,WILD,VILD,MILD...etc,i even find a problem in one tech itself, because there is a lot of Approaches for one tech, let's say DILD,there is SAT,ADA,LL,normal DILD...etc. |

It sounds annoying but you should try them all and find which one you feel the most comfortable with. You can skip around if you know one of them won't work for you |
|
Start with Mild, because it is basically DIld without the randomness. Once you become alright and get a feel for things you can experiment with different tehcniques like Deild and Wild variations etc. All the techniques like Ada or Sat work equaally well so it doesn't matter which you pick. |

No you don't even have to try them. As you read through them pick out the ones that suit you an just write about them in your journal. My first entry started like this "If I want to succeed in LDing there are a few things I will have to do. Firstly I must learn how to become aware, I chose to follow the sporadic awareness technique bla bla bla". DO it so that you have a goal to reach, something to ive you a reason. You don't have to write out the whole guide just want you want to try achieve. |

I am a believer that Deild is the ultimate method to learn. I know its possible for someone to learn how to Deild in a few days (because I've thought my best friend how to do it) but it can be hard to grasp the concept of letting your body sleep. Seeing as you can chain dreams it allows you to have up to ten dreams in a night. I myself started only after a had a few lucid because I am extremely obsessed with it and now after about four months I can have over 3 lucid dreams a night if I want. |

yea, that's sounds pretty amazing,am gonna find it a place in my program, but as you said,it takes time and dedication, and if i poor all my dedication to DEILD and find out that it's not my right tech, that can be very frustratingPS |

DILD, and WILD are the only techniques there is the rest is just variations. |
|
Just choose which one you seem to like best and (or) has the best success rate. Good luck! |
