      Problem visualizing female faces

Recently I have improved my visualization through subliminal messages, but there's one problem.
I have trouble with visualize female faces. They keep morphing into male ones. And that irritates me, because it leaves me without any fanservice.
      Any suggestions?

It might be that you are simply trying too hard? You could always try bringing other senses into play that remind you of females, the perfume they wear, a girlfriend, or a favourite (female) popstar, or some woman you admire? See if that helps.
      Fanservice?

Don't be a creep about it, but you might want to look into people watching. If you know what the average person looks like and acts like, I have a feeling your dreams will increase in vividness and your facial recall will, beneficially, be affected.

Go read TV Tropes. Simplified, fanservice means "eye candy".
      Anything else?
In fact, I can remember a perception of a female face, but when I try to see how this face looks like, it deforms.

I'm not an expert on LDs (I haven't even had a single one yet) but perhaps try visualizing them wearing a mask so you don't have to visualize the face?

No, it was not a term I'm familiar with. I know what you mean now that you clarified it, thanks. In futher answer to your question I usually associate the female form (inc. face) with curves, etc.
It probably is a difficult thing to master. The male and female faces would still (I presume) obey the rules of the 'golden section', etc. If your doing this via some sort of 'hypnogogic state' then that state is very fickle and difficult to control.
